This is wild! This guy was married to Sarah's sister. It's like a redneck feud between the Hatfields and McCoys in Alaska. NYT today, from the official investigation going on.

This is like a red white & blue version of the Bush/Cheney vendettas against anybody who got in their way. No wonder the country is in such a mess. With all the financial meltdown going on, which makes the whole world point fingers at the stupidity of our administration, the last thing the world and the US needs is to elect another pair of bozo's who will be asleep on the job, unless of course the job involves personal enemies. Then apparently Palin can be just as nasty and vindictive as McCain, Bush, Cheney, and just as stupidly obsessed as they are.

The decision to investigate was decided by a unanimous vote of the R majority Legislative Council (a committee of the legislature which manages their business when they are not in session) back in July. SP promised full co-operation, but has done nothing but obstruct.
