He does look great for his age. He's given a TED talk and some other impressive stuff. Apparently, he's friends with Owen Lindberg. There were a lot of posts of just him and Owen in Hawaii recently, and then more guys joined them. I don't know Patrick's sexuality; but it is a little interesting that he invited Owen to a Hawaiian vacation with him along with a lot of other dudes with, as far as I could tell, not a female in sight. Kind of sad that if he is gay, that he doesn't feel like he can be openly so. Someone with his talent and pedigree could be a major force for gay rights and acceptance.

He’s a good little Texan Christian boy, who claimed in one of his posts that he’s never sworn. So I have doubts about him being gay vs. focused on his ~brand~ and business that he probably lacks swagger when it comes to ladies.

Most of these straight, white, in shape influencers end up pandering to gay men in order to increase their follower numbers and fan base. More followers and likes equals more business and more sponsorship opportunities. Look at his friend Keith. Straight, married(?), has a kid but takes underwear photos with a photographer who almost exclusively takes photos of gay pornstars, gay OnlyFans stars, etc.

It’s all business. That said, I still want to see Patrick’s and Keith’s business.

I can definitely see that as a possibility, but I would think someone who wants to maintain such a squeaky clean, heteronormative image would veer away from publicly associating with guys (gay or straight) that have OnlyFans accounts. I see plenty just like him that wouldn't be caught dead associating with anyone in that line of work due to maintaining a clean, positive, controversy -free and fitness focused image; especially with what I understand to be his principal training clientele. There's one fitness model who I don't even think I can say his name on this site that used to do cam shows on F4F that vigorously fights to suppress every mention everywhere of his former life.
