I can’t help wondering a bit about him playing up to his image. I am from Ireland and I don’t know anybody who wears GAA shorts to the park, the shops or getting a coffee.

Yeah, t.v. shows often seem to use that trick. They will claim in the publicity that there will be lots of male nudity but then they usually just show it briefly, or in the first episode, etc.

I think it's a gimmick to get people to tune in and get hooked, and then they drop the male nudity over time.
