I'm surprised her trainer hasn't been attacked yet because he's not cut to the max, but rather "beefy" in his musculature. I believe the gay brethren would say he's "straight buff" but not "gay buff". Sorta like when a gay man says he is "straight thin" but not "gay thin" which means so thin the ribs are showing.
