now I did a search checked like 7 page of threads so thought I would make a thread as it seemed easier , I have been doing kegels on and off for a few years not like a routine or anything just a few here and there , but I cant seem to just get the pc muscle contracting without my bum doing it too , does it matter if I cant or would it just means two areas are getting a workout , any tips on how to isolate it would be great
