now I did a search checked like 7 page of threads so thought I would make a thread as it seemed easier , I have been doing kegels on and off for a few years not like a routine or anything just a few here and there , but I cant seem to just get the pc muscle contracting without my bum doing it too , does it matter if I cant or would it just means two areas are getting a workout , any tips on how to isolate it would be great

ps I read about the peeing thing but that didn't help :)

Well I have the same thing. When I started, been practicing on and off, now that my bump muscle and my PC muscle are more fit, I can start doing it separately.

It's because your PC muscle is soo flabby that, you need to do kegel just to wake up the muscle before starting to feel independant of your bump muscle.

Keep working your kegel muscle, even if it move both your PC and your bump. At some point, it will be so easy that your be able to move them separately.

thanks for the reply , so let me get this right you have ass muscle ( contracting ass ring) , bump muscle is the hump bump thing in-between there an ass muscle? an pc muscle is further up in-between there? ahh so complicated . because sometimes when I really listening out for the feel down there , it sort of feels like two but cant differ between them . the pc muscle is the one used to lift the cock up an down during erection or is that the bump?

Yes the PC muscle is the one related to the dick. If you want a reference, PC muscle is more related to women pregnancy, after birth, doctor recommand to work there PC muscle to tighten there vagina, NOT there ass muscle.

Sorry when I said "bump" muscle I mean the ass ring.

I know it difficult to differ between the two muscle, but if you keep working both at the same time, someday you will be able to work one of the other.

It took me 6 months of kegel, to be able to start to work one independant of the other.

ahh that cleared it up more for me as was tad confused , I can sort of separate them but not fully , so the pc muscle I think is the one u can see on the underside of my scrotum inbetween ass and ball sack aswell that's one muscle as that's quiet ermm beefy ish :) so I was working right one

Yes that's the one, but the more you will practice, the more you will find that there a other muscle juste behind the dick, just a bit above the PC muscle, that controle the flow of urine and the ejaculation process, THAT THE MUSCLE YOU NEED TO TIGHTEN.

I dont kown what it's name, but people usualy call it the PC muscle, and I think it the same muscle as the one that between the scrotum and the ball sack, but the extremity of it.

Because when people tell you to stop urinate and say THAT'S your PC muscle, it not the same part as the one between ball and scrotum.

Really you post a good question and I'm starting to doubt myself.

I just look it up in wiki, and Kegel is the exercise to work ALL the perineal muscles.

That include the Bulbospongiosus muscle that controle the urination.

So yeah, start by working your muscles and go more specific if you go to a point that you have enough control over them.

I would assume that if I keep at it I will once again do a show for my playmates. I can work all the groups of muscles with my Aneros Vice, and strongly recommend a prostate massager to all that want to build a better bottom end.
