    Hi everybody.
I am doing PE since nov '08 and I saw that there is some correlation between PE and glande sensibility. since I started, my glande got more sensitive causing my loving time to decrease a lot. while before PE I was able (of course depending on the mood, the time and my girlfriend hotness) to last from 15 to 30 minutes average, while now the time goes down a lot close to 5 min. is it possible? does anyone experienced the same thing?
    thanks for any useful info.

Have you been doing stamina work with your PE? You can get control over when you ejaculate by doing stamina exercises like the "Stop and Start".

thanks for your reply. I knew you were the only one who could help me out.
no, no stamina exercises. I red in your post how to do them, so I'll modify my routine this way:
    warm up under the shower
stretching up, left, right and in front for 4 times still under the shower
    20min jeq with lube
    15 (rising 5 a week) squeezes
    new stamina
    warm down
the kegel are done during the day as I have time while driving.
does it sound ok to you as routine?
I got 1/2 inch results and sureli stronger erection. the lasting issue is the only one I still have to solve.
    thanks a lot

    You're welcome :)

    Here's what I'd change:

    -Do your girth work first

-Do your squeezes before your jelqs

-Do your jelqs for reps instead of going by the clock

-Add a progression sequence for all of your exercises

I'd be interested in hearing the results from the changes.

thanks a lot. I'll try your suggestions. just few more questions:
what do you mean by girth work? isn't it the squeeze?
where would you put the stretching?
how many rep for jelq? 100?
is it fine to start from my 15 squeezes and add 5 a week until I reach 50?
thanks for what you are doing for tuning my routine.

Girth exercises are squeezes and jelqs.
Do the stretching after your jelqs.
Do up to 100 intense jelqs- start at a rep scheme that's comfortable for you and work up from there.
Adding 5 reps a week of the squeeze sounds sensible.

some update about the routine changes:
It seems that doing the girth work first will increase the blood into my cock so when I go for the jelq, I feel a vein at the base that goes into my body where there is hernia that at the end of the sessios gets swollen (some kind of fatty vein..) but it doesn't hurt at all. It doesn't seem to be trombosed, but I was quite scared when I first saw it especially if I grab the cock above it and occlude it. in fact it doesn't pop up naturally, I need to squeeze the cock to see all the vein coming out. at the other part of my cock unfortunately I have a bit of real hernia so I need to take it easy too with the kegel because if I work on it to much, I can feel it and it hurts a bit. only when I make a lot of roller during the sping/summer, I can forget the pain because the area get more and more tonic due to the roller position.
I have to stop at least until the end of this week because of parents around the house, but I think when I'll restart next week to take it a bit easy at the beginning.
I made 20 squeezes and 100 strong jelqs but I guess they were too strong...
I am writing because if I turn the routine on the other way round so far I had no problems at all even making more intense jelq.
how do I procede? should I go on this the modified routine and simply reduce the jelq rep or should I go back to my original routine and see if the vein pop up again?
thanks AL for any useful answer.
