PE and pump worked for me

    So after almost a year of being a skeptic whether or not PE and pump will work for me, I can now say that it did. I gained 1.5 inch in length when flacid and 0.75inch in length when erect. This is a big gain considering that I started really small.
    I read on several posts that it's easier to gain if your already working on a big cock. Well, it's not my case, i used to be measure only 4.75, now I'm 5.5", and I'm of course hoping for more.
    I followed Big Al's routine for the PE and sort of altered it, considering my limited free time. I still masturbate a lot and I did not quit on my smoking. My routine still worked for me.
    I'm posting this to express biggest THANKS to Big Al and the administrators of this site. You guys ROCK!!! And for those who just got started, it does work dude, just go easy with it.
    P.S. I'll find time to post more details on my routine and gains next time.

    As someone who just started doing Big Al's suggestions and am using a pump (Vacu-Tech has been amazing, love it) your post is very inspiring!

    thanks guys!,. @Latebloomer87: I was skeptic at first so i wasn't that much participating, though I sent private messages/questions to sort of the "Guru's" of this site. Also, I think, gaining in size gave me the right to sort of brag about PE and Pumping,.. Hhahahah:biggrin1:

    Well, I'll be the first to ask; what is your routine? Not looking for every single detail (though feel free if you want), but how often and for how long? Do you have a specific rotation or order?

    Ok you said your erect is 5.5" is that NBPEL or BPEL?

    any gain in girth too?? btw I've always known that penis is an elastic organ and,like every organ in our body, can change its shape,size,etc.. depending on use and exercise... of course you have to be VERY CAREFUL with it as it is made of complicated structures and it is almost a miracle of the nature that a "dead" thing when we are resting can become and hard , pulsing thing when we are horny... this said, PE really works and the only thing you haven't to forgive is patience! Time is as important as other things in PE...

    <P>My routine changed overtime. So from Mar2010-May2010, I was just pumping.
    Then I came across PE. Bac then, I tried most of the feasible exercises,
    figuring what makes sense. At first, I can't wait to gain both in length and
    width. I end up overdoing it. It was really bad. I felt like im just damaging the tissue does making it shrink more. Anyway, by June or July, I got consistent with these alternating routines:
    Set A is "pump-jelq-pump." I pump for 15mins (I try to go easy with the pressure I use as this is just the beginning. Additionally, I'm using Bathmate, the pump that uses water. By using warm water, I' m bypassing the need to do warm soaks. It saves me time as well). Then I do the jelq. It depends on my progession. (I used to start at 150 strokes. 3 seconds each stroke,. Then I realized it's too much so i decreased ti to 60strokes, gradually adding 5 each session.) Next, I pump again for another 15mins.
    *Rationale: I want to make my dick plump before jelqing. This is to maximize the blood I'm using in manipulating my member to expand, more blood, more expansion. I also feel that after jelqing, my members resembles a baseball bat. So just to make the circumference even, I pump again. By doing so, I'm permitting more blood to sort of nourish the damaged tissue.
    Set B is "stretch-pump." I do the warm soak for 10mins. While sittin' down waiting for that 10 mins., I stretch my ball sack to loosen it up. I try my best not to have any erection as it will be a problem when stretching. I also loose powder on my thumb and index fingers. After the 10min mark. I dry my member and encirclee my thumb and index right below the head. This will enable a better grip. So I do the stretch left, right, up and down for 10secs each. then I stretch again to the left then tug it 20 reps, then to the right, 20reps, and so on. After that, I d the V-stretch. (for beginner's, pls refer to Big Al's posts). I do 4 sets back and forth. (As I got used to it, i added V-stretch to right and left as well.) After those stretches, I kindda use porn to stimulate me before pumping,. Just about 50% erect,. then I pump for 15mins. (After months of doin' this, I added another 15 min pump after the routine, so it's now "stretch-pump-pump")
    *Rationale: Warm soaks makes it easier to pull your dick. Additionally, after stretching, my dick s very thin, so that's why I pump, to again restore maximum blood flow. Next up, tips and suggestions.</P>

    a lil less than 0.5 inch,. I believe it could have been bigger if i wasn't overdoing it before.
