PE and varicocele

hello all, i recently rediscovered this site and was planning to get started on the beginners PE regimen, but i have a dr appt for a pretty big varicocele on friday and will probably be getting it removed.

i was wondering if anyone had any experience doing PE before/after a varicocele removal. it seems that varicoceles can stifle ur hormones and blood flow a bit especially since i had some atrophy on the affected (left) testicle. so it seems to me like i would get better results if i wait until i get this thing taken care of. also any info on the procedure in general would be apppreciated.

im 18yo and 6.5 x 5

also, is there any advantage to starting PE at a young age?
i would think there would be more potential for an adaptive response with younger men

i dont see the problem with it dude

just go for it but be carefull to allways do things in moderation.

I would ask the doctor, or at least ask him what sort of "activities" you should avoid after the procedure.
