Every PE method has it's pros and cons I guess. I haven't tried that many of them.
<I am aware thundersplace is the best spot for these questions, posted there as well, but i thought of writing here too>

Some methods work better for length, some more for girth.
But some bring such permanent things like giving the penis a different color, making veins stick out (not sure how that looks, some say it looks gross, others find it hot), weaker erections, ugly foreskin etc etc

I want to try various methods of PE, cause I think that'll be the most efficient, using the pros of each together to get the best results, but at the same time I'm worried about permanent side effects some of these methods could bring under certain circumstances.

So I ask here for some information what are the good and bad sides of pumping, jelqing, stretching, clamping etc etc, but i mostly wish to hear about the risks of using these methods.

Thank you very much for your help!

Any method can be made dangerous if abused. The key to success in PE while avoiding injury is to take your time. Ease into the exercises and master the basics before moving on to more intense movements.

There are pros and cons to each method. Here are some advantages and disadvantages to the various methods:

Extenders-

Pros:
-You know exactly how much tension is being generated
-Workout is "hands free"
-Progress is easy to track and forecast
-Can be worn with certain clothes

Cons:
-Requires constant supervision
-Maximum tension possible is very light
-Must be worn for many total hours to see results
-Can be uncomfortable without adequate padding

Weight hangers-

Pros:
-Workout is "hands free"
-Very high tension is possible
-You know exactly how much tension is being generated

Cons:
-Injuries more common with this method
-Often uncomfortable even with adequate padding
-Cannot be done in public

Manual exercises-
Pros:
-Very convenient
-Very high tension is possible
-Tension level is easily adjustable
-The most fluid of all methods

Cons:
-Tension is difficult to measure- must use estimates
-Cannot be done in public
-Must have relatively strong hands for hard or long workouts

Please feel free to add to this list :)

My personal preferences favor manual exercises, although each method is effective when done correctly.

-Progress is easy to track and forecast
-Can be worn with certain clothes I tend to disagree. Maybe it's because of my size but it'll show for me with every kind of clothes

Cons:
-Requires constant supervision
-Maximum tension possible is very light
-Must be worn for many total hours to see results
-Can be uncomfortable without adequate padding
-Slippage is very common
-Wearing it can cause harm to the tissue where the extender connects

In general I agree with you. Just some slight changes.

Thanks for the input. Everyone's different, so what works for one man may not work for the next.

To address your issues with the extender- have you tried using silicone gel strips under the loop or strap? You can buy gel insoles for footwear and cut them into strips a little longer than the diameter of your stretched flaccid penis. You then wrap the strip around the area right behind the glans and apply your extender strap. This not only helps the strap stick but it cushions your penis too.

Thanks for the tip but yes I used such strips :)

P.S.:
The problem simply is when your shaft is thicker than your head flaccid. Causes much problems with an extender.

I feel I must ask, and I apologize if it's been asked, do extender devices work?
