    For a while now i've been considering a PE program, never quite sure if they work or not. So here goes I've started today, would anyone be interested if I kept a diary/journal on this and posted weekly updates?

    I'm sure it's been done before, but this is my honest will it work won't it view.

    Or anyone interested in joining me, PM if you're interested.

    Any feedback guys?

    Always interested in hearing how others are doing, but I don’t think you need a weekly report on your routine. Just post an initial description and update if you change it.

    I am about to begin a PE exercise as well. I'm getting married in 7 months and I'm as average as average could get and want to surprise my bride to be. I've been trying to start this routine for a few months now but keep getting sidetracked and accountability might be the missing ingredient; if you're up for it.

    Also if it helps, I downloaded an excel worksheet another member (6inchwonders) posted. I would do it differently but not being an excel wiz I am happy to have anything - and - beggers like myself can't be choosers.

    End of week 1

    Routine:
    10 minute rice sock warm up
    10 minute jelq 3 sec strokes
    6 minute stretch 30 sec hold
    5 minute shake and cool down

    Day 1 Routine
    Day 2 & 3 Rest
    Day 4 Routine
    Day 5 & 6 Rest
    Day 7 Routine

    Comments: No measuring this week. Cock feels heavier.
