hi everyone,
i am 35yo and new to this whole enlargement thing. i have read alot on these forums and other places about some excercises that are said to work so I am going to give it a try. my measuments are 4.5l x3.5w limp and about 6.5l x5w erect (yup i am small) will this work for an old guy like me ? also what can I do to obtain a harder dick, in the past few years my pecker just dont work like it used to :frown1: and it shows in my confidence with the ladies. i am curently taking a few medications levothyroxine, lipator and effexor. I think these may be killing my penis potential. should i talk to my doctor about meds for erection?

You are not small, in fact your on the larger size of average, so chin up!
Age is not a limiting factor in PE...
I'm not an expert on these matters (probably best to wait for Big_Al, hah) but if you take a look at the sticky on the top of these forums ( http://www.lpsg.org/95782-free-classic-beginners-pe-routine.html )you will see mentioned Kegels, Super Kegels and Towel Raises, these exercises are great for improving erection quality!

BTW, 35 isn't old for PE- there are men that have started PE in their 70's with great results.

Actually I would FIRST stop using your prescriptions. They are KILLING your penis...so to speak. It's funny how at 35 you think you are too old...35 perhaps is the best time to start doing these as you can SEE the results faster (in terms of performance) than a 25 year old could and that will keep you motivated to keep going. Perhaps one of the biggest reasons that people fail with PE exercises is that they quit after only two or three months of doing them.

Umm... I wouldn't quit your prescriptions unless your doctor says so. If you are concerned about erection quality, maybe you should look into herbal remedies first, then if those don't work, maybe viagra or cialis is necessary. But yeah, don't give up your 'scrips until your doctor says it's ok.
