hey folks,

i've been a silent reader since many years, but now i want to start pe like a pro, but for this i need the help of the community. First of all i own these "things"
- phallosan forte
-bathmate
-cable clamps
-extender
-stealth device
-different pumps

But as i said i want to be a pro and get some girth maybe some lenght in errect size, my actual stats are

Lenght Bone Pressed : 7.7 in
Girth: 5.1in

Near nat Bodybuilding and work i got some time left for my little friend, so is there a good routine ?

Hopefully some of u guys can give me a little advice :D

Will posting photos after one year of progress now im rly dissapointed with my girth and a lil with my lenght, want to break 8in so bad:(

Thanks for the fast reply but these pre build routines dont have any of my devices supportet, should i add these divices additionaly or for the time of the routine i have to put them away ? Sorry for my bad english :(

you should probably include your devices as you see fit.
From what I remember the phallosan straps around your waist and is a passive exercise so it's best for through the day/night.

Watch ur monster and then ask again why :D, ive photos taken with measurements, but as i said i want to release it in one year, to give this whole pe a good log, i write down everything i do within this year.

Got another question that came into my mind, what about long pumping seasons for about 5-7 hours at 5hg with every 20 minutes 4 minute breaks with jelquing, would this destroy my "gains" or will i profit from this ?

Another question is realy simple, im a caucasian guy so my skin colour is quite white but my cock is since i know very dark, not black but a light brown, is there anything i can do to get a plain white cock after my one year pe test? I want to hold this program for at least 4 weeks, but my big problem is that my dick gets soft mid jelqing, i lose my errection of 70-80% to 30-40%, so i have to take a break for 30 sec and bring it up again. Is there any solution for this problem?

And as said before someone got any tips for these quoted problems.

I want to give an update in a week how my progress is so far, like a diary.

Last question, when i jelq longer i got a bigger softie, so maybe should i do every evening a 15 min bathmate workout?

Hopefully anyone can help me

It is normal that you lose erection while jelqing. You don't have to be 100% erect to jelq, actually more about 70%.

I recommend you look on Thundersplace.com newbie routine and ask there more infos. Memberships is free there and there are no ads or such.
