Hey guys its been a loooong time since Ive been on lpsg, work and life got in the way lol I have many missed messages about my routine, not to long ago I added pumping into my routine and it has done WONDERS. So what I am going to do since lpsg's messaging system is a slow way to communicate...no offense. At 11:30 I will do a live instant messaging ask me session.

I will be using an app called Kik, its free to download and it allows you IM and send pictures. I will not be giving out private information, just as a side note. I cant use my computer to use lpsg's IM'ing board.

I've started a new routine of warming up, stretching, a few reps of jelqing and pumping then ending with some stretching and wearing a cockring (of some sort) for a while...hoping that helps with some growth.

Is there anything you can think of that i'm missing from this routine?

Roughly my routine is: (trying to go at least 3-4 days a week, but that's not always possible)

5 min hot rag while massaging and a few kegals

5 min stretching (pulling down, up, left, right; and maybe a few windmills)

100 Jelqs

2 sets Pump 20 min (variation of pressure) balls and cock first, breaking with about 30-40 jelqs

Pump in 2in until packed (breaking with about 30-40 jelqs) usually 2-3 sets

Pump in 2.25 (breaking with about 30-40 jelqs) usually 2-4 sets

Cock ring or something to tie off without pinching then a few more jelqs

let me add that my goal is to work on both girth and lenght on the same session. and my workout days are :
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Friday

I also from time to time (mainly 2 times a week) add some series of squeez jelqs
