Well I decided to try and start some kind of a routine...but the problem is that I know me, and if I have to think too much about it, or plan out too much time for it, or show any kind of discipline in any way I probably won't do it! So I decided that I needed to somehow connect my physical goals so that each prompted me to stay on track with the other.
I need to lose a lot of weight for health reasons (I'm 6-feet tall and 262lbs when I started this). I also want to pe, but know that for any chance at some kind of gain I need to jelq and stretch as well as pump.
So this has been my plan, or rather, my new mindset. If I eat properly (I'm doing WW online...journaling works really well for me) then I feel healthy enough to exercise. If I exercise, I can reward myself with some quality time with the bathmates I just got (Hercules first, then Goliath). Concentrating on my cock is a good way to keep from snacking and eating like crap. So now, with this mindset, the resulting "routine" for the last 2 weeks looks like this (maybe 5 out of 7 days of the week):
1. Hercules Bathmate for 15-minutes in the shower in the morning.
2. Cereal for breakfast and healthy lunch packed for work.
3. During the daytime, every time I go to the bathroom I do 11 rotations clockwise, then 11 counterclockwise. Adds up to anywhere from 44 to 99 rotations a day, and the attention to my cock keeps me on task mentally (no snacking or eating crap).
4. Healthy dinner, and any time I feel like snacking on crap I either eat something healthy or do more rotations.
5. Exercise...right now just walking 30 minutes.
6. Bath...15-minutes with Hercules, then 2 15-minute sessions with Goliath.
7. Get in bed, then 100 slow, firm jelq's from base to tip, holding at the top for a few seconds...alternating 20's with either hand and then 10's at the end.
So far I've lost 10 pounds (drop in the bucket!) and I feel like I'm actually making some kind of difference down there...nothing to be seen now, but hopefully this time next year, with my weight down and the regular PE stuff that fits easily into my life, I might feel a lot better about my size. :smile:
