I've always had these subtle bumps on the ridge of the glans of my penis. They tend to be more on uncut where they're protected and can grow , also sensitive and feel good to touch, never really seen them much on cut men as rubbing up against clothing seems to reduce them.

I’m cut and have them, albeit I got cut only about 10 years ago, as an adult. They do seem to have gotten smaller with time though.
