I'm from the states, I'm pretty much the only uncut guy I know.

I was too, until I turned 18 and went to college. Then I saw several uncut guys from other countries in the swimming pool showers and more uncut guys from the USA than you'd expect (White guys from the Northeast, Black guys from the South--especially South Carolina, for some reason, and Latin guys from the South and West).

I am NOT letting bacteria build up, period. About as bad as it gets is in very hot, humid weather it can get a bit 'funky' but soap and water cures all ills.

Just to be contrary, I never pull my foreskin back for the same reason that many of you do - the sprinkler effect. I have total control pissing through my foreskin - reduced pressure and better aim. If I retract my foreskin (which I only do if peeing in the open) then the bathroom gets showered. Being very tall, my cock is at least two feet or more above the toilet pan. The piss slit lips meet in the middle, giving a reasonable opening towards the top, where most of the flow comes from, but some of it escapes from lower down, at a different pressure and in a variable direction. Much safer (especially in other people's houses) to piss through the skin.

This has happened to me when I try to take a piss with a hardon and try to point the tip down. Is this because your frenelum on the backside of it is tight, and pulls it down or something?
