peing for 2 weeks slight pain extremely hard erections

    like the title says. but with in the last few days i have noticed that my erections are insane hard but a little painful not so much that i cant keep it hard but it almost feels like its going to explode? is this something i should worry about? thanks in advance.

    beginner routine 2 days on one off
    5 min warm up
    10 min stretch
    10 min jelq
    5 min cool down

    Guys calm down. After a hard workout session in the gym its normal your chest, biceps and other parts of your body that you trained will be sore and have slight pain. You wouldn't go see a doctor for that right?

    Strange30, if after you stop PE for 2 days and it goes away, that's alright. But if you are a beginner its safer to jelq in reps rather in time.

    For example;
    Week 1
    day 1 - 40 jelqs
    day 2 - 60 jelqs
    day 3 - 80 jelqs
    day 4 - 100 jelqs
    day 5 - 120 jelqs

    Week 2
    day 1 - 120 jelqs ( yes re-do day 5 of previous week, its safer you still a beginner)
    day 2 - 140 jelqs

    .... etc etc

    Work your way up to 200 jelqs
    Then continue with 200 jelqs for the rest of your first cycle* and through out your second cycle.

    *Cycle = 5 weeks work out and 1 week rest, that makes it 6 weeks.
    I not sure about the 2 day on 1 day off, some people chose that routine but I'm not sure if that's for beginners or experts. My weekly routine is Mon-Fri workout, Sun and Sat off.
