Oh, some thoughts:
I think just eating a burger will be politically incorrect to a few.
I'm not even sure if MPD/DID really exists. However, there are a lot of myths about DID out there, so I'm not sure what the truth of it is.
The whole metrosexual thing was stupid, looking back. Even Mark Simpson, who coined the term, said it did more harm than good. It was mostly Simpson's way of showing that heterosexuals can fall into gay stereotypes (the masculine female or effeminate male).
Dating sims are nothing new in Japan. The guys who play dating sims are the same kind of guys who will think Axe will make them irresistible.
