I was going to say that this technique assumes that you can count to 9.
I find that a little teasing goes a long way. But, it is best to try all sorts of options, including this one. The best way to fuck is the one that gives her the most pleasure.

Might not be that interesting, but just in case some one else comes along and needs any help. I was struggling and have been for years with PE. (straight, married 15 years, 7in, uncut) I was already trying my own version of the 9s, but not very effectively. A combination of taking your time, kegels, the 9s and within a week or two of seriously trying i am fucking like a stallion again!
