Just wondered, I know we talk about jelqing and stretching, etc - but I wondered if anyone here has had the surgery or knows firsthand of someone who has had lengthening and or thickening.

Wondered how well it work, how much gain it produced and how often and how long they had to use a stretcher afterwards.

    Thanks!

In a word, don't. A greater ratio of people have been disfigured and their bank accounts depleted through phallic surgical enhancement than with almost any other cosmetic surgery. It has a dismal track record and the physicians who have specialized in penile enlargement have rapidly fallen by the wayside through voluntary (or involuntary) retirement. A quick summary of recent such retirements include a high profile Chicago area doctor who was shut down by the Illinois Medical board leaving a string of butchered penis' in his wake, including one unhappy idividual who made national news by almost sending the good doctor a bomb-by-mail. He is now incarcerated; the doctor remains free. The list of discredited doctors grows by the month.

Penile Enlargement exploded on the scene fifteen years ago when Culver City surgeon Dr. Melvyn Rosentein advertised nationwide that Dreams Do Come True. He was a third-rate surgeon but a first rate businessman who teamed up with a marketing genius. Soon he was operating on up to a dozen or more men each day, a little like a violinist saying that he can play the minute waltz in 43 seconds. Rosentein's patients, most of which had crude VY-plasty's performed along with quick injections of fat for added circumference were happy about as long as it took for the anesthesia to wear off. A massive class action suit ensued and Mel Rosentein road off into the sunset behind his attorney.

Other unscrupulous physicians quickly took his place. In Beverly Hills, Anaheim, Miami and New York City, a new group calling themselves the American Association of Phalloplastic Surgeons started up, giving credibility to a surgical practice the mainstream AMA and urologists worldwide dismissed as junk science and illusionary surgery at best. (Cutting the suspensory and fundiform ligiments only brings out an inch-at best-of the penis in the flaccid state.) For the medical practices the profit was immense and the doctors, most of who were at the lower quarter of their graduating classes, became instant multi-millionaires. Any oversight was minimal from various state medical boards and certainly the media to whom the male organ was off-limits and verboten by television news censorship rules.

Fortunately that is beginning to change. The mighty AAPS is down to just a couple founding members now that another very high profile phalloplastic surgeon is performing his trade somewhat underground in Southern California, his own website stating due to the sensitive nature of this surgery we will not disclose our address until schedule of your appointment. This doctor is besieged with class action lawsuits and reportedly is just one step ahead of his California medical license being revoked.

Unless a guy was freakishly tiny, I can't imagine anyone wanting a scalpel anywhere near their dick.

Okay granted there is a lot of quackery associated with this surgery, but not always. I have seen in some cases advances that were pretty good with this sort of surgery.

Also I know some porn stars have reportedly had the surgery. Somebody must have something positive to say about it.

Remember the first myopia surgeries? The original radial keratotomy was risky - slicing the cornea into a star shape and all kinds of complications. Years later, the "lasik" surgery came into vogue and was far simpler and safer.

I think the penis lengthening surgery is still in the stone ages - the risk:reward ratio is FAR TOO GREAT for any reasonable person to take the risk right now, in my opinion.

I understand the pro-surgery advocates who are tired of advice columnists categorically dismissing penile surgery with a wave of the hand - because we need to keep an open mind to future developments.

I guess that is the key here: wait for future developments.

Speaking of porn stars, no one ever seems to name names when it comes to the surgery. I once heard Mandingo's name tossed into that hat. Anyone know if he had some help?

I do not know even one man who has had successful penile enlargement surgery .
Most men would not admit to it !
Conversely, many women with breast implants care only too happy to show you their new breasts and let you touch them ...
A Dr in Harley Street was operating with tragic results and was found to be a humble GP and not even a consultant urologist .
    Avoid !

Note to all Newbies - Please USE the forum tools to search for topics.
There are COUNTLESS threads on this identical topic on Making it bigger.
It requires you to scroll down a few pages, and you will find them.

There are many methods of surgery:

    Cutting suspentiatory ligament
    Fat Injections
    Grafts
    Silicone Injections/Implants.

None of which have worked successfully for a lengthy period of time.
It's too risky to do, as many doctors "Claim" that they are experts.
Everybody's an expert when theyre out to sell something.

IF you decide to go exploring, ask to see before and after photograps of patients.
A good doctor should have photos of before, after the surgery, and then 6 months or so - so you can see his handy work once its healed.
Search out your doctor online for lawsuits, fines, etc.
I once found a website that listed how many malpractices, crimes, etc each doctor had.

I can't get into too many details, but I was well-acquainted with a California doctor who specialized in penile enlargement. Was he a quack? Definately!

Stay away, stay away, stay away. I used to be curious myself, not because I was desperate for gains, but just for the "I wonder if I could take myself to 10" factor--kind of for fantasy sake of having a complete freak cock. Anyhow, since then, I've learned much about the medical industry in general, and specifically urology. In my opinion, which is one of an expert I assure you, there's no legitimate doctor engaging in this practice.

    Like I said...my opinion.

Again, repeating the above comments. I have never heard of a successful operation.
