    There are several different exercises to keep your cock strong and healthy... But there is one exercise that is far beyond all others... Cock Push-ups.

    Directions:

    Wear loose fitting clothes(or none at all)

    Do your stretchies, get those hamstrings nice and stretched, back too, and even your arms.

    Lay on the ground flat on your stomach.

    Now comes the rough part; get and maintain an erection(by any means necessary) for atleast 30 minutes

    Use that erection(and nothing else; no legs, arms, hands, etc) to lift yourself off of the ground.

    Do one cock push up daily and you will be set for life.
