I've read a lot about pumping, girth surgery, etc. But I'm curious about PTD. Does anyone here have use it more a long period of time? Is it better than pumping? I've heard that pump doesn't really "increase" your size, but rather "swell" your cock for a period of time. While I know pump isn't permanent, most people said it is. And since pump swells the length and girth, I understand why it is the most popular option. But if PTD can stretch the length in any better way, I'm all ears.

I'm currently 5.3" length and X" (forgot) girth. I asked because I'm kinda skeptical about pumps, and when I read people reviews regarding 2 inches growth, my disbelief got even worse. I aim to have 6.5-7 length and 6 girth (optional).

Attached a reddit comment.

Contrary to this "doctor," my experience is that pumping will permanently increase both length and girth, but it takes adherence to a routine and time - lots of time! Those who dismiss it simply are looking for something they can see big results in a month or two, which will predictably never happen. I gained at least 1.5" in length and girth (now 7" x 6"), but it's taken 30 years!

Traction devices are going to be better than pumps for permanent length gains. Although hanging is generally considered the best way to isolate the ligs and add length, I’ve always preferred the convenience of a traction device. The phallosan forte seems to be the most popular and maybe the best traction device. I’ve always used a pro extender, which is a size-genetics knockoff that’s ~ $20.

I’ve been an Autoextender xSleeve fan for many years. While I’ve not been consistent with it recently, it was more comfortable than an old Phallosan device I had. And the traction device never was concealable enough under loose pants. Maybe that was due to my girth being a little too big for the device, but it always stuck too far out to really be able to be in public while wearing it.
