Have been looking at sites for these and other extenders and need advice.
Size Genetics seems to apply more pull and is graduated so you know where you are going, but is it the best?
    Any advice appreciated.

As a long term user of an extender (Andropenis) I'd recommend the Autoextender .
I modified mine using a similar principle and it is the most comfortable way of wearing an extender for the many hours that are neccessary to see results.

To use a vacuum force at the end of a sleeve to hold the penis tip instead of a clamp! Autoextender developped a superior solution.

I was looking at the Size Genetics one as well, and was most interested in it. As the one above me said, I'd love to see some remarks from some that have actually used traction devices and what their gains were.
