Penis size and bladder size are two different parts of the body. A 6' 2" can have a very large bladder when a short 5"2" doesn't.

I could see a hypothesis of having a larger penis would equal a larger prostate, but larger bladder is just too much of a stretch.

I have a relatively small bladder, and pee once every 3 hours or so. In any case, doubt there's any connection.

It would be good to see some proper research done into the subject, although my best guess is that penis size and bladder capacity are probably unrelated. That said, I'm more than happy to hear from any hung guys who're up for discussing the subject.

As far as I remember, I have been able to go for a very long time without a P. Friends once nicknamed me the camel on a trip.

I am enormous of course,, but I have a sneaking that it may have more to do with environmental conditioning.

They are not related. The bladder is separate from the penis and is also somewhat flexible in size as far as growing. Similar in some ways to the stomach. When I say stomach I mean the organ inside your body which can grow and grow to accept large amounts of food.

Added troubles start when the bladder becomes too large as it then fills up and presses into other organs which can lead to damage. Additionally an oversize bladder has more difficulty in emptying on its own and can lead to the need for using a catheter on a regular basis. More trouble takes place when the bladder is larger and cannot empty as there are toxins and bacterium of varied sorts in the urine which collects in the bladder.
