Penis-based video game?

I have long had a fantasy of a video game that has penis size as a major element. I am imagining a game that keeps track of your character's penis size and somehow involves that penis in the game. Perhaps it could be some sort of life simulator? Sadly, I can never quite put my finger on what I want exactly.

I am perfectly capable of putting together a simple video game, so if I could just figure out what I want I could probably create something to satisfy my fantasy. Unfortunately, I just don't know.

Does anyone else ever think about this? Are there any actual games like this in existence? Has anyone at least come up with any solid ideas? Perhaps some sort of RPG? Or a choose-your-own-adventure?
