This is sort of an embarrassing thing to bring up, but I figure at the end of it all, this is best place to ask.

For years I have suffered from ED for numerous years. When I was younger and had a family doctor, I was sent to see a specialist about it, and they ran tests and examinations. There was nothing physically wrong on the examination, and my blood work and hormones were okay. Not great, but nothing to worry either. They gave me a few samples of ED medication to take, but they were low dosages. Unfortunately with life and such, I moved away and haven’t had much follow up.

I have two children now, but medical intervention was required for both to be conceived. My penis not being able to function was a reason for this, also my childrens mother had issues on her end as well.

I have been with numerous people sexually (not all at once, lol — or an outrageous amount) and I have the issue with everyone. I’ve only ever cummed once with a partner in which it didn’t require intense manual stimulation from me.

Any ideas or suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated. Here are some quick facts….

— been on antidepressants and anti anxiety medication for over 15 years
— I live in Canada (Ontario)
— have full medical coverage
— no regular doctor/ family doctor
— in my mid 30s, but have been suffering since my early 20s
— have a career with a physical component and has physical standards to maintain my position (so I’m no Olympian, but no slouch either)

Any words of wisdom or advice would be amazing, thank you.

I've had some real issues as well and Viagra didn't work for me. You need to get your doctor to send you to a specialist for this. I see your in Ontario too, See if you can get in to see Dr Brock in London. He is the best around for this. I'm currently on an injection and it works great!!

Have your testosterone checked again, not just for your penis, but also depression. Don't accept "not great but OK." Years ago I suffered from terrible depression, as well as erectile problems, but being overweight, etc., there were many possible causes. No one ever thought my testosterone could be low, since I started to go bald on the head in my 20's, and the rest of me is covered in fur, classic signs of high T. But the test brought a surprise, and my T was lowish. When we raised the T levels (it took a while to get this right, as my body did some weird things along the way), not only was the sexual function improved, but the depression was much better. Antidepressant drugs had failed to work for me, but getting the testosterone in the right range was effective. My therapist has noted that in recent years, as testosterone therapy has become more common, the connection with depression was receiving attention. Note that antidepressant drugs often cause erectile problems, so you could have a double benefit if testosterone (or other hormonal adjustment) is the underlying cause, and you can reduce/eliminate these drugs. But to achieve this you might have to raise the level from "OK" to "ideal." This may not be your trouble, but I would discuss this possibility with whoever prescribes you antidepressants.

Try Gainswave treatment followed by a P-shot which includes stem cells. You will probably need 12 Gainswave treatments first then the P-shots. You also should have your testosterone level 900 +. You need also to have your thyroid function test done, making sure your T3 snd T4 ate correct. There is also a way to get your kegal exercise stronger by using the Emsella chair. This will help to strengthen you muscle really fast. Do not settle for sub treatment. You can over come ED with the above treatments and dedication to pumping and a good diet. Jope this helps. It solved my problem. Don’t let them tell you is all in your mind. Good luck

Anti depressants kill your libido. Seek out an endocrinologist.

Do you really feel injections are necessary for someone in their 30's? It seems more like a last ditch effort for older men or men with other health issues. I would not want to risk fibrosis at such a young age.

How long have you gone without reliance on masturbation or pornography?

I thought I could never climax with a partner and also had erection issues. NINE MONTHS of about nine one-month abstinences from masturbation, no pornography. It gave me the time to heal, reset and find myself sensitised and able to climax.

I also had a partner who was fifty and had NEVER climaxed from actual sex or oral. I used the same method with him and had success after a few months too.

Basically Google NoFap. It works.
