Has anyone tried or heard about this? Well, because of the fact that it's placed near the area where it's meant to work I'm more optimistic about this than the pills which is around.

I looked at the ingredients, they are the same as those found in nearly all "Penis enlargement" pills. Even if a patch improves the body's absroption of the herbs all they do is stimulate the blood circulation to the penis. They do not create the conditions that your body had when it grew as a teenager!
I have tried a few brands of penis pills and never achieved what was promised on the websites but did notice harder erections. Since then I have created my own tea cocktail which is MORE effective* than pills and probably those patches since liquids are more completely absorbed by the body:

100% Gingko biloba tea, 100% Korean Ginseng tea, 100% Ginger tea, Circulation tea (usually for women with "heavy legs"), Body breakthrough - Yohimbe Edge tea that contains Yohimbe, sasparilla, avena sativa and muira-pauma.
I put all 5 teabags in a mug of boiling water and leave to brew for 10 mins, 30 minutes before PE for rock hard erections which are good for the "squeeze" exercises. A small amount of spirits like rum or whisky help with the awful taste and the vasodilation.

*for increasing hardness to optimise certain PE exercises.

Those patches and pills all have disclaimers saying that they are not a medication that requires FDA approval so they can't be prescribed by doctors. They are all sold as herbal supplements.

I've never commented on all this PE stuff. I've considered it the same as women who want larger breasts. Women can get surgery to accomplish that. Men can have surgery to cut a ligament and it'll hang a little bit more. Both have drawbacks and often need to be reversed, or fixed. Herbs, pulling and stretching, pumping, silicone injections either have no effect at all, or create a monstrous-looking cock. Guys, work with what you have. It's so sad to hear all these men resorting to bullshit therapies. No offense to anybody.

Ok, if there is a pill or patch that has worked for you what was the name of the product. Doctors do perscribe a pump but it only goes up to 7 inches if I remember right.

I think when doctors prescribe a pump they prescribe it for erectile dysfunction not with the aim of enlargement.
