Bonky, what is your hang up? I have seen and read your other posts. It seems like you want to do PE but want to have every answer first before you even try it. I could understand a concern for safety, so start out slow.
I gave myself 6 months. If it does not work, did I really lose anything but get an answer? Although it is hard for me not to believe since I have already gained an inch in length. I am not doing anything fancy yet. The advance stuff may come later, but for right now, the basics are fine. The only thing that changes is the intensity and volume as I progress in the cycle.
There was another member here who made good gains in just a year and a half. He also just basically did the basics: Manual stretching, Jelqs, with warm ups and warm downs.
We are not a cult, but a support group. I dont know any of these guys in real life. I doubt I would like to meet them on the basis of PE. Talk about akward. But the advice and suggestions have been helpful.
