Penis Enlargement crowd like a cult?

In a cult, you believe something is going to happen. (and it never does) Completly built on blind faith and manipulation.
In PE, with dedication and work, it happens. Your penis gets bigger so when guys like you come around saying it does not work, we just look down and say, "thats not what the ruler measurement says".
I dont know how to explain it, how it happens or why. I just know that I am bigger than I was 3 months ago. (and happier because of it)

Bonky, what is your hang up? I have seen and read your other posts. It seems like you want to do PE but want to have every answer first before you even try it. I could understand a concern for safety, so start out slow.
I gave myself 6 months. If it does not work, did I really lose anything but get an answer? Although it is hard for me not to believe since I have already gained an inch in length. I am not doing anything fancy yet. The advance stuff may come later, but for right now, the basics are fine. The only thing that changes is the intensity and volume as I progress in the cycle.
There was another member here who made good gains in just a year and a half. He also just basically did the basics: Manual stretching, Jelqs, with warm ups and warm downs.
We are not a cult, but a support group. I dont know any of these guys in real life. I doubt I would like to meet them on the basis of PE. Talk about akward. But the advice and suggestions have been helpful.

Anyways, a cult? No way. Not more than people who bodybuild.
And it works perfectly fine. I've been at it for 13 weeks now, and I've gained just shy of an inch in length (but no girth yet). It takes time. So does bodybuilding.
I'm keeping a detailed progress diary myself.

I think of the "PE crowd"--with considerable affection--as I do, guys (gender exclusive) who start garage bands, customize cars, engage in bodybuilding, or build their home media centers.
It starts off as an attempt to impress girls and then becomes an obsession that assumes a life of its own!!!
On such people the progress of civilization depends!

No one has profited from my PE progression apart from me and I'm many others would contest to this statement.
I don't see why you seem to be on such a witch hunt about this. It's no different to working out any other way, we are just trying to improve our physical appearance or put ourselves in a better state of mind so we can be more confident.
This has no detrimental effect on society, it harms no one and I for a fact can say it has been working for me.

Stretching with weights.... There's no scientific evidence that this technique increases penis size.

And if no MDs care to investigate such claims for fear of a loss of professional standing, that's just tough! Ditto if a funding source cannot be found for such a study. Ditto if journals refuse to publish any "controversial" findings. It's far safer--and more profitable--to work on finding the next viagra.
