It seems strange to me that anyone would argue this point when through a man's life his penis grows considerably from the time he was born until he dies. When you throw in the fact that the penis is made to expand in length and girth from a flaccid state (or smaller size due to shrinkage, ie: cold temperatures) to a fully erect size - it is hard not to wonder :
