I can't see why anyone would go under the knife for 2 inches that costs 30 g's. 15 grand an inch.

I'm not sure if I'm able to edit my post (I don't see an option for it), but I do want to make it clear that I'm aware this is L psg and not just psg.. But I meant in general, 8 inches is a gift - I wouldn't change it if I had it.
