So I saw this video and I was wondering about the enlargment surgery being shown

Anatomy, Psychology – “Penis size insecurity by men”

Watch between 30 and 37 minutes (you can skip right to it and should not have to watch the whole thing)

How is the technique called ?

What are the side effects ?

    thanks !

    It is called a phalloplasty.
    Google it for more information.

Side effects or surgical complications are numerous.
Natural PE done right avoids those risks.
You can get more info here and at Thunders Place and PE gym just to name 2 web sites.

There is a lot you can find on the internet by doing a google search. While its true that these surgeries MAY have complications, it wont happen all the time. Now, its expensive for what you get. You can achieve very good resullts simply by doing PE exercises and using one of the many extenders or other devices there are on the market.

I agree that not all ops are dogged with problems, but considering what can be achieved and the cost involved is it worth the gamble when PE is available free and free from problems when done properly?

Using current surgical techniques PE surgery when compared against other cosmetic procedures has an absolutely abysmal track record. There are successes, but the number having problems post operatively are not on par with other procedures such as rhinoplasty or others more commonly known.

There are totally new techniques of phalloplasty under study and research right now that very well may have major effects on the perception of this procedure in the future. As of this time the current techniques in use are neither worth the money or the risk.

    - - - -

There is also some risk to manual manipulation techniques when it comes to PE. When the risks are compared against those of phalloplasty they are minor to microscopic, but, to make any blanket statement that risks are completely absent is not in fact correct. There will be a small percentage of individuals who will have injuries and a very small percentage of that percentage will do some damage.

Do not, do not, DO NOT get PE surgery.

Natural Penis Englargment will bring you larger and far more permanent gains if done right. (Provided that you follow a good routine religiously and gradually increase the intensity, and then cement your gains with a maintenance routine.)

Yeah. You're severing the suspensory ligament that holds the penis up against the pubic bone. When you sever that your penis will droop when it's erect because there's nothing to hold it up against that bone.

One of the very first things manual PE, jelqing, does is to stretch that ligament to the maximum. These are considered the, "easy gains," that most men see in the first few months of PE when they can gain over an inch. Why pay $3000 or more to sever that ligament when you can stretch it and still keep your erection angle for free?

Some of the side effects of the surgery include swelling, edema, scarring, actual loss in apparent and useful length both flaccid and erect (yes, penis enlargement surgery can make you smaller), infection, permanent partial retraction of foreskin, migration of abdominal and scrotal skin onto the penile shaft, and the aforementioned loss of erection angle.
