Penis extender questions

Ok well I was just wondering if the size of your current penis have any effect on how well it works? And also are those techniques just the same as a penis extender, except the penis extender is the easy way out? And do they actually work, or is it just all mumbo jumbo?

ive tried to ask alot of ppl on here about the extenders and to my surprise i havent come across to many people that actually wear the extenders so good luck but i want to buy an extender myself i also need to get the jelq master and another penis pump but my PE will consist off jelqing then pumping then penis extender once i get all of the products cuz ive heard that just doing one method of PE is hardly as effective as compared to using other techinques or devices along with it
