Penis growth + hypospadias?

I wish I had less foreskin like this. Mine is just kind of bunched up on top of the head, and whenever I use a pump, it becomes as swollen as the head.

I don't see where Hypo and penis developement have anything in common.
I have a mild hypo, and nearly every woman I have ever been with say's that I am somewhat on the large side.
So I don't think Hypo and growth are affiliated.

I have hypospadia as well, though I am cut (necessary because of the hypospadia) and had the corrective surgery as a young child (my case wasn't severe, I don't believe, but would have had negative effects). When hard, I fall into the average range (about 6 inches).
