Hey Guys!! Nice to see such a serious forum.
My problem is that my penis is too small and I need something to make it grow, both in length and in thickness. Im too scared of undergoing surgery!

Anyone know of anything that really helps? I've heard of pills, oils, extenders..all kinds of things...anyone tried??

I have never read about any surgery being able to do what you desire.

It would appear that in the game of life you think that your peni is not long or large enough.

I know that as a teen I exercised mine very often. . Is that what made it grow? I do not know.

But I do know that I enjoyed the daily exercise.

Keep stroking it and enjoy life.

You never know what might happen.

Actually I have a friend who tried some pills called Vigrx Plus, I've been reading alot about them..my mate said that it had worked for him, but after hassling with them for a couple of months.
I found out that they make them in usa or canada...but I found a UK website..
Do you know these pills??

I have just started doing PE following BIG AL's advices for almost 2 months now, and I have gained many things, stiffness, stamina, and yes the GRITH!

I've been taking them regularly and they have made a difference, although small..but still...I believe if I continue with this..I might get what I want. I totally agree with Hung's comments. We know how responsive guys have been to ED drugs for getting their cocks hard. Can you imagine the panic if a pill came available that gave you more cock size? That's fantasy. And surgery on your prized possession could be devastating.

When I was pre-puberty I realized my penis was a nice size. I was always pulling on it and massaging it whenever taking a piss, or pulling it out and stroking it when privacy permitted it.
