Penis head numbness when working out/running

Hey guys, anyone else's cock head go numb/asleep from rubbing on your clothes when you're working out? It's happening more and more during cardio these days and pissing me off. I don't like wearing a lot of support down there but I might have to. Any ideas who to remedy? Any other foreskin restoration experts out there (I'm trying this too now)......

I have had this problem before, and you have to find a happy medium of what's comfortable, and ample support down there. I have huge nuts so too much support causes my nuts to rub my legs with every step. Good luck on finding your resolution.

For what it's worth, I've never had any kind of numbness like that, and I'm uncut.

I think.it depends on the individuel and the milage.

I have said this before elsewhere on the site, I learned, running over 10 miles, jock needed. I finally understood why they were invented. But that is just me.

proper underwear for exercise. I like string bikinis. They reduce rubbing without impeding on movement and without being too hot.
