Penis Head Pump

Has anyone used one of those pumps designed for enlargement of only the penis head?

From my pumping experience it's very hard to get the head to stay large once out of tube.

I have one. I used it for a while but decided that if I'm going to take the time to pump, I would use the time more wisely by pumping my entire cock.

I have and it's not comfortable. If I was over 6 inches in girth on the shaft behind the head, it would have worked out better. As it stands, the glans-pump eventually pulls itself down my shaft and gets uncomfortable. I suppose this could be alleviated by some sort of gasket, though.
