ok so whey you guys are erect , is the head of your penis rock hard , is it bit squidgy , cus lateley when i get fully erect i noticed i can give me head a little squeeze and then th eblood will sort of flow out of it a bit , then will go bakc into it . any got any thoughts am i weird ?

Yes the glans does get really big engorged with blood but it is able to get into real tight spots by reducing in size like you say!

Normal to me. I think it's probably important not to squeeze too abruptly. Let the blood out at a comfortable rate, otherwise it could place a strain on the small veins that it drains via.

A friend of mine, years ago, had to do this if he wanted to pull the foreskin back when erect. No drama at all.
