I really believe i have penile fracture. I searched google and they said there are 4 symptoms.

1. You hear a popping sound
2. Immediate loss of erection
3. Penis bends and is deformed

Swelling ad black and blue discoloration of the penis. Loss of erection. Deformity of the penis. There may be a hematoma that involves the scrotum. The penis often appears deviated to the side opposite of the injury. There may be blood in urine. Urine may leak through a portion of the damaged penis. There are difficulties with erections.

I have all these things. Can a doctor check to see if i have penile fracture? I am 100 percent positive something is wrong with my penis because i cannot get erections and everything above is true with me. None of those doctors back in 2005 saw i had anything besides urinary tract infection and i told them i broke my penis b/c everything did not feel right. Is it ever too late even though its like 4.5 years already?
I mean i went to the urologist like 2 weeks after the accident because i got scared and then later they all saw no problem.

Dude, with every respect to all the guys on here and to you - we can't give you an answer. We can encourage and support you, but please follow up some of the leads on specialists and find yourself someone who knows what they're talking about. Don't leave this any longer bro!

Really wanting the best for you!

Good luck. Doctors will more than likely make things worse for you. Think of Michael Jackson and just say no. Are you circumcised? Meatal stenosis can cause a split stream. You can look most of your questions up yourself. Google penile fracture or go to a medical university and look it up in their library.

If you fractured your penis 4.5 years ago, the fracture is healed, but with loss of function. I mentioned earlier how you can cope with the loss of function. However you must make sure your urethra is intact. Your penis is probably in poor condition because of the trauma and it can affect the flow of urine

Maybe you should try going to the fine urology departments of the hospitals I told you about.

As most here have already said
Based on what you told us
You suffered a traumatic injury
That was probably not properly diagnosed
And therefore not properly treated
And
At this point you need to see someone that has the ability
based on reputation
and the medical facility and support team
to try to figure things out
4 & 1/2 years later
and come up with some kind of plan to help you.

If the best urologist in the world was a member here they would not try to asses your problem using only the information you have given in this post. They would need to see you as a patient.

And if the problem is from a penile fracture - sonogram of the testicles will not show that. If you broke your leg, taking an x-ray of your arm will not show the fracture.

talk to your doctor confidently. they are very confidential and understanding. you have a fracture that healed incorreclty. it caused a stricture inisde your meatus (urinary tract) this stricture is causing your urine to come out spliced and messy like people that have prostatitis.

the doctor can perform a stetoscopy and take a look to see if there is a stricture and it can be repaired. do not worry this will cause no permanent damage and it can be helpful. be honest with your urologist about the accident so he can be efficient and really help you. do not go suffering anymore. everything you tell your doctor is confidential. tell him about the incidend. they have heard it all believe me.

Okay i got my results back. It is the testicular doppler ultrasound.

It has this

History: Varicocele, decreased flow.

Technique; Imaging of the scrotum was performed using a linear transducer.

Findings: The right testicle is normal and homgeneous measuring 3.3 X 1.9 X 2.2 cm. there is normal color and arterial waveform within the right testicle. The right epididymis is unremarkable measuring 0.5cm at the head.

The left testicle is normal and homogeneous measuring 3.3 X 1.7 X 2.3 cm. There is normal color and arterial waveform within the left testicle. The left epididymis is unremarkable measuring 0.7 cm at the head.

the left peritesticular veins show moderate increase in calilber and augmented color flow with Valsalva indicating a varicocele. Within the right peritesticular veins, there is color flow detected without and with Valsalva but no significant change in caliber.

Impression: Left greater than right varicocele.

He said even if you do surgery, there is 60 percent chance it would get better. But he tells me i should wait until i want to get a kid and i am young since i am only 22. The thing is most likely i will have to do it anyways. And yes he confirmed i have a varicocele grade 3.

I asked him about the blood tests to test circulation and he said he cannot do those tests and i will have to see another urologist for that because he does not have the tools for those things. Does anyone know if this varicocele has any relationship to my erectile dysfunction problems?

What should i do now? I have this varicocele that i must get surgery and my penis has problems as well because i have E.D and definitely i have poor blood circulation in my penis as a result of the accident i had back in 2005 where no urologists gave me any solution.

Should i just get surgery for this varicocele first and then worry about my penis? I am more worried about my penis since i have erection problems since 2005 and i know right now i have to have little blood circulation on my penis.

Dude, I'm 47 and I've had a left varicocele probably my whole life. Don't remember when it started, but ever since I had good awareness of my testicles, like in my teens. It feels like a bag of worms in my scrotum. You don't have to do anything about it unless it is causing trouble. It's only a problem for fertility because it can heat up your scrotum. Your scrotum needs to be a couple degrees cooler than body temperature for best sperm production.

Anyway, I'm not saying don't get it fixed, but it has nothing whatever to do with the problems you have described. If it were me, I'd save my money until, a) it bothers you or b) you want to have children and you have ascertained that your sperm count is low. Even at that, freeballing or wearing boxer shorts instead of briefs may yield better results.

I do wear boxer shorts.
Okay, now we're getting somewhere.

Are you sure you don't have nocturnal erections? You can put a ring of postage stamps around your dick when you go to bed at night. If the ring is broken at the perforation in the morning, then there is probably nothing organically wrong. Plenty of people have broken their penises. I suppose you've already googled broken penis? It can cause erectile dysfunction. Too bad you couldn't have told your father about it when it happened. I'm no doctor, but I don't know if there is anything that can be done about it four or five years after the fact.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Let us know what you find out. I'd say exercise it and see if you can get it going again. If a doctor is going to cut into it, I don't know how that's going to improve your situation. By the way, you never said whether you are cut or not. Split stream is a common side effect.

Split stream is a common side effect of what?
Meatal stenosis, which is a common side effect of circumcision. Read up on it. The basics are your peehole gets ulcerated in diapers because that is the body's way of protecting the peehole since the foreskin is not there to cover it from diaper contents, bacteria, chafing, etc. Meatus means: a natural body passage. Stenosis means: a narrowing or constriction of the diameter of a bodily passage or orifice.

okay went to this urologist. He did a urine test and a blood test on me which i think will be useless since these tests will be pretty normal for me since i had a urine test with my other urologist before.

when i told him about my penis injury, he did say there is a chance i could have penile fracture and it healed itself. He asked me when i have an erection and before i ejaculate, is my penis still hard or partially hard? I said that first off, i had to squeeze my legs into my testicles in order for me to even get hard and stay hard. I told him then its pretty much partially hard.

He saw my varicocele but we did not talk much about it. He did ask me to come back in 2 weeks where he will conduct more tests. I asked if he was going to do the penis duplex and he said no.

I asked him if he be going to see if there was any structural damage on my penis and he said no. He did say he will inject something into my penis and will give me a machine that will see how my erection is when i am sleeping? Can anyone tell me what machine and procedure he is talking about here?

I still have to wait another 2 weeks and i feel like my life is put on hold forever now.

It think it's entirely possible that this injury has left you worrying a great deal about your penis, and that could be part of the whole problem.

But you definitely have symptoms of some kind of physical damage - pains, split stream, etc. It's well worth getting it checked out by a proper doctor.

So get that fixed, and you'll be able to stop worrying.

Good luck, dude!
