Each of us has a different pain threshold, but if you want something badly enough it's surprising how much pain you can deal with. BTW, don't look at my pictures if you're squeamish and likely to be shocked/upset by the sight of a split cockhead. I started with a frenum piercing, then foreskin rings followed by PA. The frenum and foreskin piercings were lost along with my foreskin when I was circumcised (at age 30). I tried dydoes and guiche but they were not successful. Then I got the ampallang which was a success but took ages to heal. I later got a reverse PA. Two PAs = one apadravya, which later gave way to a partial subincision, followed by glans bifurcation. It isn't as intense as it sounds as all of the above happened over a 15 year period. I eventually took out the ampallang/s because my wife started to find it/them uncomfortable. (At menopause women's vaginas become less robust.) I haven't worn any cock jewellery for several years now, although I occasionally wonder about it as my ampallang holes still leak a little when I urinate. Thinking back, I remember the PA and ampallang as being the more satisfying piercings but both of them are better without foreskin (in my opinion).
