Some doctors (at least here in Prague) will do the piercing. Check with your doctor if he'll do it or ask a plastic surgeon to come in to do it.

P.S. You still look to have a bit of your frenulum there. The piercer will probably go ever so lightly to the side.

Do you have any pix of your underside?

considering getting circumcised and then getting a PA, thoughts? can I have it done at once?

Though it can help being cut and having a PA, it's not needed IMO, and also noting you need time to heel after getting cut (At least 6 months +), before you can conciser going for a PA.

As you can probs see from my pic's, I am uncut and have a PA, for over 7 years now, and I love it (00g Horseshoe ring).

Write-up I did for BMEzine, and a info sheet from my piercer

Can I ask if there is any difference between sexual stimulation if you are cut vs. uncut? Isn't it better to be cut for a PA?

Where PA's are concerned, very little to no difference between the two.

Only difference it will make if you are cut / uncut, is for the same reason thickjohnny flagged earlier, which concerns if the piercing hole is place centraly in the corneal groove (The v-bit where the fren sits) or not.

Obviously, if you still have a fren or part of one (Like you do in your case), the piercing hole will be done slightly to the left / right of the fren.

Heeling, is pretty much the same for both too, but if you are uncut, you may actually find it slightly easier, as with cut guys, the uretha tends to rub slightaly more, and may take you slightaly longer to get accustomed with the ring.

Bottom line though, is yes you are better off if you are cut for a PA (Ring sit's more centrally in the corneal groove), but the differences between the two is so small, in my eyes, it's not a worthy enough reason to go get cut.

Just to add, if you do require a circ, I would actually put off getting a PA, until you are recovered well enough (I would estimate at least 6 months, some people say even longer), and only when you are right down there, would I conciser getting a PA.

As it is, I am considering a circ myself, due to medical need, after I basically ripped my fren a few years back (Not related to me having a PA, before anyone says).

Had two frenuoplasty's (Which was a royal fuck up), and I am still not quite right down there.

Hoping to do this, sometime in March next year (Was supposed to be this summer, but finances did not work out right).

OK, I guess I could get pierced centrally because the vestigial frenulum is really very flat (it looks mor than it really is due to the lighting). You don't think being cut helps keeping the piercing cleaner and drier?

The argument for being cut for a PA for the need to be clean, is the same for getting cut for hygiene reasons in general..... no need at all, though if you do get cut, be best to get that out of the way first and all settled in, before going for a PA.

The piercing fact sheet link I thrown up earlier, explains how to keep yourself clean, and is pretty much the same you would do, to keep ear piercings clean.

As it is, PA care, is actually easier than caring for ear, mostaly down to the fact, your own piss is sterile to yourself, and does a fantastic job of general cleaning, though you do need to use unsented soap (DO NOT USE Anti-Bacterial soap, or scented soaps etc, as it prolongs the heeling process), and sometimes, some warm salt water to bathe.

You will find this will last a max of a month, but it's very important especially in the early stages, to be clean as possible.

One other thing (As the fact sheet tells you), you can not fuck / wank until the PA has heeled enough (Normally 4 / 6 weeks, but took me just 3 weeks) much as you want too, with the ring getting you excited (I gave in to temptation, after just 10 days!).

Sorry to be maybe a bore, but how does the ring get you excited? I thought the PA is good especially for fucking. So what is the feeling at the tip of the urethra?

don't know if it was mentioned yet, but you have to wear some sort of protection 24/7 for about a week. I would put a vinyl glove over my junk and hold it in place with a 10-speed leather strap. Otherwise, when you get hard in the middle of the night, it pushes lots of blood out and would gt very messy. Every morning I would wake up with a glove 1/4 full of blood.

I am considering a PA: why should I, why shouldn't I, I am 51 with a wife and three kids. What do I need to know? I think they look really cool and like the stories on how they feel while in use. Also, what are the cons?

Question guys: I have to see my urologist tomorrow because I'm having some issues with one of my nuts. I'm wondering if I can wear my PA or not. I think I should leave it in simply because it hasn't been long enough to leave it out for any extended period.

Your thoughts???

Yes, stimulation is better for your partner, but you do get the feeling of the ring moving in the urethra, and also in the Frenulum area.

Not realy needed at all to be honest.

Normally black / dark underwear is enough (Y-fronts are especially good, from what my piercer tells me), or any close fitting underwear (Boxer-briefs, Briefs, or army trunks) will do.

You may also find the use of women's panty-liners good too, but certainly in my case, the bandage pack I had for the first 24 hrs, was enough, bearing in mind I had a 25 mile trip back from Leicester, on a train that was vibrating like hell.

TBH, I'd not bother removing it, if it's just a case of the Urologist doing a general check, and besides, if your's was anything like mine at Nottingham City Hospital, he was quite fascinated by my ring.

Been thinking about a PA how bad is the pain factor?

Other than a quick very intense pinch the pain is minimal! I was shocked when I got my second, had a double and it was cool as hell. They both have since after many many years torn out but while I had them trust me it was a real treat!!!! DO IT!!!!!!

From everything I've read you want to leave it in. The hole can close up remarkably quickly.

I have an apadravya which is all the way through. The bottom part - a PA - was basically a sting. The healing will probably hurt more than the piercing. If you have ever enjoyed playing a sport, don't let pain get in your way.

As long as you have a couple days down time, I would not worry about healing. I ended up using some gauze a couple nights to contain bleeding. It really was not bad on a more severe piercing.

Talk it through with your wife. She probably feels some amount of possession over your dick. You might have to sell her on the idea. If you expect this, do some google searching before hand to find women talking about how cool the PA feels. Maybe even pierce a dildo to act as a simulaide.

As far as con- there will be a week or two with no play. Plan on using a condom for a couple weeks after. Expect some time with no oral. There will be some after care. The APP recommends warm sea salt soaks. They feel great. Its not difficult but you have to be regular. I have a female friend who did not care and lost both her piercings.

Day 8 after the PA ring fitted. Amazing and sensual. Some soreness depending on sleep position and the lack of rest you give him. I think i will change to a split ring (Horseshoe stye) after healing

A little off topic:
When I first went to a chiropractor several years ago, he took some initial x-rays. After he looked at them, he came back and said that he had to retake the one of my pelvis cause "something" was in the way [of the vertebrate that was giving me trouble].

PA was a piece of cake and so was my frenum. I found I had to up the size of the gauge to keep it from migrating I love them both. I also wear a apadravya that hurt like hell!! and ached for a day or two. Go for the frenum it is my favorite and I also really like the PA. check my pics. My wife hates the piercings and they come out for sex but I have to put them in right after as they shrink quickly and they would have to be stretched back up. I wear a 00ga frenum, a 0ga appadrayva and a 0ga PA

Have worn mine for years and have worn them at the urologist. First time he asked what nonsense this was but seemed curious about them.
