I've heard that type of penis piercing feels good. I've only experienced PA piercings and couldn't even feel them. I can see how this style might be preferable to a PA but I still bet there's not much sensation from two tiny balls. *shrug*

If you're doing it because YOU like the look of it.. Go for it. I can tell you, though... The two I experienced were a pretty heavy guage and I honestly felt no difference once the piercing was a couple inches in. I could feel them during insertion but I was more worried about snagging and pulling than anything. No added pleasure whatsoever.
