One of the biggest frauds are the herbal enlargement supplements. They remain on the market and available in most countries for several reasons:
1. In the wording of their advertisements they never state that consumption of the product will in fact cause actual cellular growth of the tissues of the penis. To have actual penis enlargement this is what would be necessary.
Listen carefully to the wording of the advertisements, particularly those shown on television. They do not say enlargement, they do not even use the word penis. The games they play are based on the implication of everything, but without stating anything they could be held liable for.
2. Inside the United States the sales of all drugs and supplements are controlled by the F.D.A.. The F.D.A. guidelines are very clear. The basic concept is that if it can have ANY influence on cellular structure, it is classified not as a supplement, but as a drug. With that status it would not be available OTC (over the counter) but instead would require a prescription from a medical doctor.
If you look at the contents of all of these OTC supplements the ingredients list is virtually the same. Everything there is herbal. The next problem with these supplements is that in some people the herbs included can have serious side effects including radically raised blood pressure, increased heart rate, breathing difficulties, and other things that are very unpleasant to say the least.
Now, notice I have not stated that this is impossible, what I have stated is that nothing we have seen marketed in the normal way as supplements have ever been proven by any reliable source to in fact do what the implications promise. Also be certain that if something does come along that is proven to work that the F.D.A. will have it pulled almost as quickly as it shows up.
The F.D.A. are not nice people. They work with various law enforcement agencies. They are a division of the United Staes Department of Agriculture and the prosecution that they do places people in prison for decades for even minor violations. They have been trying to get this herbal stuff pulled from the market, they have failed because those marketing these products have had their advertising written by script writers and reviewed multiple times by trial lawyers.
Next time you see the smiling face of that idiot advertising one of these products remember that he is not smiling over the size of his penis, but, he is smiling because he has just raided your wallet and gotten your money knowing full well that what he markets is a total scam.......
