I'd suggest against any pills, nearly all the one's I've seen don't have any clinical evidence or ingredients that even suggest the do anything. An extender for length, and a Bathmate for girth/fun.

I agree with this 100%. It's unfortunate, but the "pills" are largely what gives the male enhancement industry it "complete bullshit" tag. But some of the devices are pretty decent.
