As has been stated before there may be something from outside the US that works. If it is made in the US what is guaranteed is that it will not.

Yup...me too. Been there, done that. Doesn't work.

The only thing that has worked in that area is stretching (ie foreskin restoration). Though slow and tedious, I can see results..unfortunate that I won't be where I ultimately wanna be for another 2 years or longer but it'll be lasting change and not make my dick look like an overblown then deflated balloon.
