^^^^ I dont really know what to say about these predictions ....but a lot of ppl believe in them. They have these really thick books on them. But from wat i know all these r used in conjunction with other Sciences like Astrology and Palmistry.....then only a future future profile of a person is created. They can tell u the wat the location of a mole on a specific area of ur body mean etc etc.....

I think this prediction must be based on Yoga principles.They say that God has given u a fixed number of breaths....and u need to keep ur breathing under ur control. Thats wat Yoga is all about. If ur breath is under ur control...so is ur mind...and other processes of ur body. Sex increases ur heart rate and ur breathing....so too much sex...wud only mean ur using up ur breaths...and lessening ur life. Like Tortoises....their respiratory rate and heart rate r probably the lowest of all ...which is why they can live upto 500 years.
