Hi,

i started out pumping my penis about 2 months ago. I've now stopped as i have noticed lumps appearining in places that are hard and small. They have now become itchy after about 2 weeks after i realised i had them and stopped pumping. I shave and at first i thought they were ingrowing hairs but there's a few on the end of my foreskin and when hard my penis is very rough over the spots. Do you think this is from pumping the reason they have appreared? I really can't see them being an STI.

What should i do? will they eventually go?

Thanks for the support in advance.

You have destroyed your inner foreskin... you absolutely must use a hand pump with a gauge and pay attention to your pressure. Keep that damn tube warm and use liberal amounts of thick lube (like petroleum jelly) all over your inner foreskin, that is the area that takes the brunt of the pressure. You must stop pumping completely and wait until you heal and the skin is pink and resiliant again. Don't ever pump above 5 inches of Mercury (hg.vac), you will be sorry!!! High pressure pumps produce a longer crazier lookin' cock, but trust me... the low pressure will produce lasting gains!!!!!

By no means am I a doctor but...
it sounds to me that you may have ruptured a small vein or two that suppiles blood for a penis erections.
If you over pump the pressure of pulling more blood into these veins or arteries, they can and will over dilate the volume of blood or over expand,
causing small ruptures.
Very wise for you to stop using the pump; and see if mother nature gives you a natural healing process (back to your normal state) hopefully.
If not, I would get it checked by a doctor, esp. if they hurt or tender.
Also, FYI: Vacuum Erection Device

just don't pump.it ruins your cock.it takes a pretty dick and makes it look abnormal.

Thats your opinion, and it's Incorrect.

I would see a Doctor. That sounds like a STI to me. The itchyness is the kicker for me.

I agree with what the others have said. IF you are going to pump, you MUST have a vacuum source with a Gauge and a PROPERLY FITTING CYLINDER.

Tripod hit the nail on the head. Pumping over 5mm/Hg is just doing damage to your valves, blood vessels, and cells. It can cause PERMANENT damage. Low Vacuum sessions that last a long time are the most beneficial because they allow circulation of the blood, not constrict it and force it in places that it shouldnt go.

Pumping can be a SAFE and EFFECTIVE way to permanently increase the size of your penis.
You just have to perform it the right way.

Many guys, including myself put warm water in the tube, slide in, and then pump up.

Pumping with water also is very beneficial as it promotes cell growth, AND it keeps the skin warm and hydrated.

But PLEASE DONT USE THIS METHOD WITH AN ELECTRIC PUMP

(Sad that I have to say that...but, it's been done)

Curious how people are commonly referring to 'pressure' when they mean 'vacuum'. It's NOT the same, and is quite misleading.

You create a partial vacuum inside the tube, the pressure of the atmosphere on the rest of your body pushes body fluids toward it.

If you were creating pressure in the tube, it would just blow out, rather than sealing itself.

You're nitpicking.

Of course it's a vacuum. In such context, the term pressure is actually being used as shorthand for pressure differential. The word vacuum is nothing more than an alias we attach to the lower-pressure side of such a differential.

For safe pumping it's essential to use a pump with an accurate gauge. Yeah they cost more but don't fuck with your dick!

Now, stop pumping completely and let your dick heal. At least a month, possibly three. In the mean time, buy yourself a decent pump or stop pumping and use different PE methods.

Always warm-up your penis beforehand. A good five minutes with very warm towels wrapped around your penis and then 3-5 minutes of wet jelqing followed by another 5 minutes of warm towels. If you don't like towels, use a rice sock. Take a sock, fill it with rice, and microwave it for a minute. Let it cool until you can leave your finger on it if it comes out too hot. Microwave power varies so times will vary. You'll learn by trial and error. It's quick and easy and holds heat very well.

Then get a condom that fits you, NOT loose! Then roll the condom completely over your erect penis and down to the base as far as possible. Then pump to no more than 5Hg and leave it for 10 minutes. If you feel pain, STOP. Use 3HG instead. Either way, when your 10 minutes are up, out you come. Do not go over.

Then do wet jelqs and massages to get the blood flow going again for at least another 5 minutes. A hot shower afterwards is good too. The flow of hot water on the penis is good. I hope you have something other than those horrible pins-and-needles water saving torture devices they now sell as shower heads. If you don't have one, get one and take out the water restrictor. A good hot shower is one of the privileges of first world living, afaic.

Examine your penis afterwards. Look for bumps and donuting. Condom pumping helps prevent these a great deal because it helps to distribute the pressure on the penis. The condom acts as a support for the penis tissue, allowing it expand only so much.

Please go to Thunder's Place Free PE Forums and check out Avocet's thread on pumping and the one below on condom pumping. Pretty much everyone is condom pumping now because it helps prevent damage so well. I use snugger-fit condoms precisely for this (and sadly everything else) but I am seeing gains even though I'm going slow. Because I read my ass off about pumping I haven't screwed-up yet. That's no reflection on you. It's easy to fuck it up because there's so little information about properly using a pump to PE safely.

Thunder's also has a wealth of information on what to do when you fuck-up. Do searches for threads on pumping problems, they're all over the pumper's forum. You'll learn from vets how to fix your dick.

Good luck man and please get a good pump. I got the Deluxe Package from LA Pumps. It's a very high quality pump and while the video is a bit a goofy in a porn-trying-to-look-medical way, it actually demonstrates some good techniques. LA makes great pumps. Dr. Kaplan's is another preferred brand but I've never used it.

Let us know how it goes :)
