When i was 11 years old when i started masturbating a lot like every week. The loss of feeling is been going on for two years. The last two years it very bad and I started having trouble having erections. I went to a urologist, they tested me in a hospital/ blood test, injecting dye and measuring how long erection lasts, etc..., but physically there are no problems according to them. Also my nerve system is normal and i have visited the neurological.

    any suggestion?

    Have you considered a psychologist?

I only suggest this because you have been cleared by both a neurologist and urologist. That's not to say your condition might be due to some idiopathic disorder, but it would be helpful to rule out something psychosomatic.

I agree with both the above posters. Contrary to what many believe about masturbation, I have found it can have a negative effect on erectile function. When done too much, for a long period of time, especially while watching porn something is taken out of you. It has negative effects on the brain. It drains dopamine, and I believe can cause stress/anxiety which is never good for your penis or erections.

Now not watching porn is much easier said than done. and thats where i think a therapist could help you. I have a problem with not looking and masturbating to porn myself. Mix that with a few spinal cord injuries and I can have full blown impotence for many days. I have had my hormonal levels tested many times because I always thought it responsible for my current erectile difficulties. And I have had my testosterone level differ from a weak 400 to a very high 1460. Always had a nagging suspicion that the negative effects on porn would stress out my system and cause my hormonal levels to fluctuate so ridiculously. Stress affects not only testosterone but sleep, which affects erectile function, and well testosterone.

I had the same problem, still do with condoms, even though the equipment works fine. Take a big break from all porn and masturbation, consider seeing a sexual therapist (wasn't necessary for me though it was suggested), and find a woman who is not too fussed about it if you can. Don't stop pursuing women/a relationship, I think it's one of the best things that can help.
