I don't know if pumping does permanently increase size and I'm not particularly bothered. I do it just for the fun and feel of it. I always pump cock and balls, using Pumptoys' big 9"x4" cylinder - the effect is massive and lasts a day or more. I have to choose a time when I'm not going out or likely to be seen in public ...
