I just used this pump ( Pump Worx Mega Grip Penis Pump) for first time today and it really didn't do anything . How long are you typically suppose to pump for?

From the reviews I read, you bought a lemon. You may want to look at one of the more expensive pumps on the market. Granted, you’ll spend 100-200 on a pump, but you’ll get real results from it. Also check reviews on the pump before you order it. (Amazon is good for this, and finding discounted pumps.)

That hand pump more than likely doesn't provide the suction needed, you need a brake bleeder vacuum pump with gauge. The key to pumping is the ability to provide good suction and a good seal........
