Penis Pumps where to..

So Guys i was wondering where i can buy penis pumps with certain measurement am looking for somewhere safe to buy it from and discreet packaging,

Am looking for about 6.5 - 7 inch Circumference

and about 7-7.5 inch's long

with a price range around £15-£30

Also i know there are plenty of beginners guides on here but everyone is very different i was wondering if anyone knew a good one to start me of with getting longer and fatter quickest

I bought last year a power pump. In the ad there was just a picture, no measurements.
I couldn't use it. It was 19.5cm long on 5cm diameter which is 19,5cm x 15,7cm ( 7"68 x 6"18 ).
Even that I'm 6"75x5"75 (NBPL-midshaft girth) it's too small and too short.
At low pressure I fill it completely up.
I don't know your measurements, but for me the minimum must be 8"x6"5
( ideal 8"1 x 6"9 )
Calculate your pump with +20% in Lenght and +20% in girth.
